We have been blessed immensely by Cross Lutheran Church, Yorkville, IL.� They have sustained us with their prayers, emotional and financial support.� We have also been greatly blessed by the individual supporters who throughout the year have� encouraged us and supported us financially.

Our God is indeed an awesome God! And it has been my privilege to watch Him create a home for children from out of no where.� I watched as He led a small town couple to hear a call, “Help Barbara build this Orphanage.”� And see Rick & Annette Haupt begin the journey toward answering God’s call.

Their first few steps were awkward, as they advanced cautiously, struggling with why God would use them.� But as they began to see God’s hand of provision in each need that arose, they understood God was going to work through them.� He would handle the details and Rick & Annette were simply to continue stepping forward in faith.

God brought forth people who were committed to the ministry of UHA (one body many parts) some financially some,� administratively and some prayerfully.� Each one an essential partner in getting UHA off the ground.

This was not only happening here in the U.S., but in Africa as well.
